On February 27, 2025 (8th of Hoot, 1403 – Solar Hijri calendar), the Habibyar Charity Foundation, in line with its mission to support media activities and assist underprivileged families, signed a cooperation agreement with three television networks in Herat Province: Jahani Dunya-e-No, Meraj, and Eslah. This initiative marks an important step toward strengthening free media, supporting journalists, and promoting public awareness in society. In the beginning of year 1401, the survey team of Haji Mohammad Ibrahim Habib Yar Charity Foundation in Herat province was divided into four group and each group was sent to the poor areas of Herat center and the districts of Herat province. The survey teams in close cooperation with Mulla Emam and elders identified the poorest, destitute, widows and disabled families for the food assistance. In the beginning of 1401 Solar year, the survey team of Haji Mohammad Ibrahim Habib Yar Charity Foundation went to Nimroz province and spent a week at the center the province to survey and identifies poor families. As a result, the survey team was able to identify and distribute ration cards to 4,000 families, most of whom were disabled, sick, or homeless. The survey team of  Haji Mohammad Ibrahim Habib Yar Charity Foundation went to Badghis province before the month of Ramadan in 1401 and spent 10 days in the Province center and several poor districts of the province to conduct a survey and identify the neediest families.
