With the increasing trend of forced returnees from Iran, the Habibyar Charity Foundation and Habibyar International Hospital, guided by a spirit of humanitarianism and strong commitment, have established a fully equipped and specialized medical team at the refugee camp located in Molana Abdul Rahman Jami Park, Herat Province.
This team, consisting of male and female doctors and healthcare specialists, provides continuous daily medical care to newly returned migrants, effectively addressing their urgent healthcare needs without interruption.
On a daily basis, over 600 migrants visit the center, receiving completely free medical and pharmaceutical services. Patients are examined by doctors and given the necessary medications at no cost. On average, more than 40,000 AFN per day is spent on medicine and medical services for visitors, reflecting the extensive scope and deep commitment of the Foundation to supporting vulnerable segments of society.
In urgent and emergency cases, the Foundation’s ambulances are on standby 24/7 to transport patients to specialized centers and fully equipped hospitals.
