The survey team of Haji Mohammad Ibrahim Habib Yar Charity Foundation went to Farah province before the month of Ramadan in 1401 and spent 10 days at the center and several districts of the province to conduct a survey and identify the first-class of the neediest families.
As a result, the survey team was able to identify and distribute ration  cards to 4,000 eligible families in the province.

Eventually, the food items, which included a 50-kilogram of flour, a 25-kilogram bag of rice and 2 barrels of 5-liter of cooking oil for each family, were transferred to Farah province.

During a glorious ceremony attended by the heads of government departments and religious scholars. Representatives of the People’s Councils and observers of the Habib Yar Charitable Foundation participated. The food items were distributed to the real neediest families.
