In the beginning of year 1401, the survey team of Haji Mohammad Ibrahim Habib Yar Charity Foundation in Herat province was divided into four group and each group was sent to the poor areas of Herat center and the districts of Herat province. The survey teams in close cooperation with Mulla Emam and elders identified the poorest, destitute, widows and disabled families for the food assistance. The survey team of  Haji Mohammad Ibrahim Habib Yar Charity Foundation went to Badghis province before the month of Ramadan in 1401 and spent 10 days in the Province center and several poor districts of the province to conduct a survey and identify the neediest families.
