Continuing its humanitarian mission and service to the people, on Thursday, September 4, 2025 (13th of Sunbula, 1404 – Solar Hijri calendar), the Habibyar Charity Foundation dispatched a delegation from Herat and Kabul, led by Alhaj Mawlawi Abdul Haq Siddiqi, General Director of the Foundation, along with a group of officials and senior advisors, to Kunar and Nangarhar provinces.
Following this visit, the Foundation allocated 20 million AFN to assist families affected by the earthquake in Kunar Province. This initiative reflects the Foundation’s commitment to alleviating the suffering of the people and supporting survivors of such unfortunate events.
🔹 Activities and Actions of the Delegation:

Meetings with local authorities and the Earthquake Victims Relief Commission.

Distribution of cash assistance to the families of martyrs and those affected.

Visiting and assisting the injured at hospitals in Kunar and Nangarhar.

Arranging medical treatment for some patients in Kabul.

Field visits to the affected areas, especially Mazaar Valley in Nurgal District, the epicenter of the earthquake, to assess the immediate needs of the population.
Alhaj Mawlawi Abdul Haq Siddiqi emphasized:
“As a small part of the great Afghan family, we stand alongside our affected compatriots, considering this support a religious, humanitarian, and conscientious duty.”
