Al-Haj Mohammad Ibrahim Habibyar, son of Haji Abdul Hamid, was born on January 1, 1968 (1346/10/11 Solar Hijri) in the beautiful and lush district of Anar Dara, located in Farah Province. Raised in a religious, God-fearing, and community-oriented family, he spent his childhood immersed in spiritual and ethical teachings within the warm embrace of his family. From an early age, signs of kindness, piety, and strong determination were evident in his character.
In 1978 (1357 SH), due to political and social changes and in pursuit of a better life, he moved to Nimruz Province and began his journey in the world of business. After some time, he expanded his commercial activities to Herat Province and later to Kabul. With dedication, integrity, and sharp business acumen, he became one of the country’s most successful entrepreneurs. Today, Al-Haj Mohammad Ibrahim Habibyar resides in the United Arab Emirates and remains actively engaged in regional and international trade.
However, what has truly made his name shine beyond the boundaries of commerce is his unwavering spirit of philanthropy and his deep love for the people of his homeland. With profound empathy for the pain and needs of society, he founded the Habibyar Charity Foundation, which has now grown into one of the leading humanitarian organizations in Afghanistan.
Among the many noble humanitarian initiatives led by this compassionate figure, the following can be highlighted:

- Providing and distributing food supplies to tens of thousands of underprivileged families across various provinces, especially during winter, the holy month of Ramadan, and times of crisis.
- Establishing the Habibyar International Hospital in Herat Province, equipped with modern medical technologies, specialized services, and professional staff.
- Creating hundreds of direct and indirect job opportunities for youth and families in need.
- Offering generous financial support to hundreds of newlywed couples for wedding expenses and dowries.

- Building mosques, digging water wells in remote and arid regions, and delivering long-term community services.
- Running daily hot meal distribution programs in Kabul, Herat, and Nimruz for struggling families and returnees.
